fix(dashscope): Token Plan 回退为客户端兼容字段 (#15)

Browse Source 
线上客户端 schema 尚未支持 tokenPlan/accessMode:"token-plan"，
同步后导致 compute.json 校验失败。临时回退为 codingPlan + coding-plan，
待主仓库升级 schema 后再切换为语义正确的字段。
