feat(compute): Claude 订阅模型声明 thinking 回放能力 (#96)

与 anthropic.json（API Key 版）同款 thinkingRoundTrip（active-tool-turn）。
DesireCore ADR-161 把 Claude 订阅改为无状态传输后，开启 thinking 的工具续接
只能由请求携带本工具轮的已签名 thinking；在客户端删除按身份排除的逻辑之前，
此声明不改变任何行为。presetDataVersion 111 → 112。
