#94 新增 claude-fable-5-1 时漏掉了 Fable 5 自 #87 起就有的 thinkingRoundTrip
（active-tool-turn）。该模型 thinkingOnly，开启 thinking 的工具续接必须回放
本工具轮的已签名 thinking；订阅版 anthropic-claude.json 已在 #96 声明。
presetDataVersion 112 → 113。
