feat: 上架 DesireCore 核心智能体，新增管理分类，精简 latestVersion

- 新增 management 分类（系统管理与编排工具）
- 创建 DesireCore Agent 市场条目（id: desirecore, verified）
- 更新 manifest 统计（totalAgents: 1, lastUpdated: 2026-02-27）
- 移除 4 个 skill.json 中冗余的 latestVersion 字段（version 已够用）
