feat: 收录 Anatomy 交互等距插图技能 / add Anatomy skill (#220)

以 `entry.json` 指针与 `catalog-metadata.v1.json` 收录第三方技能 Anatomy（交互等距 SVG/HTML 插图，可选 WebGL、3D 与 React 输出），正文留在上游。固定 `source.ref` e9488296a44211c42701ff71705b7901470ec78f，MIT，community/allowed；维护者未验证、上游未背书。manifest 技能总数 141 → 142。

验证：远端 validate、translate 通过；catalog/i18n 校验 0 errors。PR 描述记录的 DesireCore 安装收尾报错属客户端问题，不在本条目范围内。

Pinned to e9488296a44211c42701ff71705b7901470ec78f, MIT, community/allowed, unverified maintainers, no upstream endorsement. Manifest skill count 141 → 142.

Validation: remote validate and translate passed; catalog/i18n checks report 0 errors. The DesireCore installation-finalization error noted in the PR is a client issue outside this listing.
