feat(market): 更新团队发布指针与兼容门槛 (#205)
更新标书联合审查与合同审查团队的已审核发布指针，分别对应 0.2.2 和 0.1.39，并补充成员默认收纳、用户显示偏好优先的说明。 两条 entry 与目录元数据统一要求 DesireCore 10.0.178 或更新且支持 `team.json.memberDisplay` 的客户端。目录可提前发布；10.0.177（包括仍标为该版本的开发构建）会在市场安装前提示升级。该版本下限不表示兼容客户端已经发布。 同时将 Market 版本提升到 1.5.8，更新目录日期及两个 Agent 管理技能的目录更新时间。成员名册、成员锁版本和头像映射保持与上游发布一致。 验证：完整目录和 i18n 校验零错误、无新增警告；翻译新鲜度检查通过；最新团队配置通过当前 schema 校验，旧版 schema 拒绝该字段；安装版本门控确认拦截 10.0.177。 English: Update the reviewed Tender Review Team and Contract Review Team pointers to 0.2.2 and 0.1.39.
