feat: 补全 7 个技能的 market icon

为以下技能添加 SVG icon，遵循 3+2 色彩体系：
- manage-teams: 双人剪影 + 绿色组织节点 (Blue→Green)
- docx: 折角文档 + 标题块 + 文本行 (Blue→Purple)
- pdf: 折角文档 + 红色书签 (Red→Orange)
- pptx: 演示屏 + 橙色播放按钮 (Orange→Green)
- xlsx: 网格表格 + 绿色对勾徽标 (Green→Blue)
