release: contract review team 0.1.34 (#178)
## Why The published contract review team must reconcile redline delivery state after `ExportRedlineDocument` succeeds. ## What changed - publish team 0.1.34 at upstream ref 92cb41f - update Lead pointer to 1.0.20 at cf11ca6 - keep source-pointer-only distribution and existing governance metadata ## Validation - uv run scripts/i18n/validate-i18n.py - uv run scripts/catalog/test_validate_catalog_metadata.py (47 passed) - uv run scripts/catalog/validate_catalog_metadata.py (0 errors; existing warnings) - uv run scripts/i18n/translate.py --check
