fix: 修正 video-use 根目录来源路径 (#193)

## Summary / 摘要

- Omit `source.path` and `provenance.content.path` for the upstream
repository root. The DesireCore resolver treats an absent path as the
root and rejects `.` as an unsafe path segment.
- Keep the item `listing-only` until ref-bound governance review
evidence and platform/setup validation are complete.

- 上游来源指向仓库根目录时省略 `source.path` 和 `provenance.content.path`。DesireCore 在
path 缺省时按仓库根目录解析，并会拒绝 `.` 路径段。
- 在补齐固定版本的治理审查证据并完成平台/安装验证前，继续将条目标记为仅供发现。
