上游自 0fd13b7 起只改了 CHANGELOG.md 与 skills/watch/SKILL.md。 Watch 1.1.1 declares yt-dlp, ffmpeg, ffprobe and python3 in SKILL.md requires.bins. Market pointers deliver only the reviewed pin, not the upstream branch head, so the pin moves to 6565030 for clients to receive the declaration. Upstream changed only CHANGELOG.md and skills/watch/SKILL.md since 0fd13b7. Availability stays listing-only; license and review records are unchanged.
