10.0.177。 English: Update the reviewed Tender Review Team and Contract Review Team pointers to 0.2.2 and 0.1.39. Document the nested member display default and explicit user preferences. Set the client installation floor to 10.0.178 with memberDisplay support so older clients receive an upgrade notice before importing incompatible manifests. This floor does not claim that a compatible release is already available. Bump the catalog to 1.5.8 and correct catalog timestamps. Catalog, localization, source-manifest and version-gate checks pass with no new warnings.
