## What this changes Adds the tender-review team and its onboarding entry to the official Market catalog as an immutable source pointer, plus bilingual catalog sidecars. - `teams/biao-shu-lian-he-shen-cha/entry.json` points to the published team commit `7ee5650b066cdee385288a722b8cbd8e1947d0fe`. - `agents/tender-review-assistant/entry.json` points to assistant commit `4b6855d2edb535f81c29847e06145c0da87942d0`. - Both entries include bilingual descriptions, privacy boundaries and `requiredClientVersion: 10.0.155`. - The listing is deliberately `pointer` / preview.
